Was passiert bei unbehandelter chron Prostatitis ? Wurde nie untersucht !!!!

Wollte eben mal nachsehn was passiert wenn man chronische bakterielle Prostatitis nicht behandelt. Überraschung: Das hat scheinbar niemand untersucht ?!!! Da soll man Monat(e) mit FQs vollgestopft werden ohne dass je einer untersucht hat obs überhaupt notwendig ist.

Weiter, warum sind FQs überhaupt das Erste was bei sowas verordnet wird ?!!
Da gibts zig harmlosere alternativen. Nachdem es eh chronisch ist wird der Patient wohl nicht in den folgenden Tagen dran sterben!
